1. Products & Orders
   - Laconica LLC offers hand-painted canvases, prints, and apparel.
   - All sales are subject to availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion.
   - Due to the handmade nature of our products, slight variations may occur.

2. Payments & Pricing
   - Prices are lsited in USD and are subject to change without notice.
   - We accept major payment methods, including credit/debit cards.
   - Payment must be completed before orders are processed and shipped.

3. Shipping & Delivery
   - We ship within the U.S. and select internation locations. Shipping times may vary.
   - Laconica LLC is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs.
   - Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

4. Returns & Exchanges
   - We accept returns/exchanges within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original condition.
   - Custom or personalized orders are non-refundable.
   - Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

5. Intellectual Property
   - All artwork, designs, and content on Laconica LLC’s website are owned by Laconica LLC and may not be copied distributed, or used without permission.

6. Limitation of Liability
   - Laconica LLC is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.
