Welcome to Laconica LLC (“Laconica,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our websites and your purchase or use of products and services offered by Laconica LLC and its brands. By accessing our websites, placing an order, or using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our websites or services.

Products & Orders

Laconica LLC and its brands offer original artwork, fine art prints, photography, apparel, accessories, handmade goods, and other creative products. All products and orders are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities or refuse or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing or listing errors, product unavailability, or other circumstances affecting our ability to fulfill an order. Many of our products are handmade, hand-printed, hand-finished, or reproduced from original artwork. Small variations in color, placement, texture, print impression, or appearance may occur and are part of the handmade nature of these products. We make reasonable efforts to display product colors and images accurately. However, colors and appearance may vary depending on your screen, device, lighting, and the individual characteristics of handmade products.

Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Prices, product availability, promotions, and product details may change without notice. Payment must be successfully completed before an order can be processed or shipped. Payments are processed through third-party payment providers available through our websites. If we discover an error in the price or description of a product after an order has been placed, we may contact you to resolve the issue or cancel and refund the affected order.

Shipping & Delivery

Shipping options, rates, and estimated delivery times are provided during checkout when available. Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information. Additional costs resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address may be the responsibility of the customer. Once an order has been transferred to a shipping carrier, delivery times may be affected by circumstances outside our control. Laconica LLC is not responsible for carrier delays, weather delays, customs delays, or other delivery disruptions outside our reasonable control. International customers, when international shipping is available, are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by their country.

Returns & Exchanges

Many Laconica LLC products are custom-made or made to order specifically for each customer. Made-to-order items, including printed apparel, fine art prints, printed goods, and other products produced or printed after an order is placed, are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive defective, damaged, or incorrect. Original artwork and other one-of-a-kind or custom products are also final sale unless otherwise stated. For products that are eligible for return, return requests must be made within 14 days of delivery. Eligible items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us promptly with your order information and photographs of the issue so we can review the order and provide an appropriate resolution. Normal characteristics of handmade or hand-printed products—including slight variations in ink coverage, print placement, texture, or color—are not considered defects. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs on eligible returns unless the return is due to an error by Laconica LLC. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law. Please contact us before returning any item so we can confirm whether it is eligible for return and provide return instructions.

Handmade & Made-To-Order Products

Many Laconica LLC products are handmade, hand-printed, or made to order. Printed products, including apparel, fine art prints, and other printed goods, may be produced specifically after an order is placed.

Because many products are made or printed individually, slight variations in color, ink coverage, print placement, texture, and other characteristics may occur. These variations are a natural part of the handmade process and are not considered defects.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, all artwork, illustrations, photographs, graphics, designs, logos, product designs, written content, branding, and other original content appearing on our websites or products are owned by or licensed to Laconica LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Purchasing a physical or digital product does not transfer ownership of the underlying artwork, design, copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights. Our artwork, designs, photographs, graphics, and other content may not be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, resold, commercially used, or used to create derivative products without prior written permission from Laconica LLC, except where otherwise permitted by law.

Website Use

You agree not to misuse our websites or interfere with their normal operation. You may not use our websites for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized purposes. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our websites, accounts, systems, or data.

Third-Party Services & Links

Our websites may use or link to third-party services, including payment processors, shipping providers, social media platforms, and other websites. Laconica LLC is not responsible for the content, availability, security, terms, or practices of third-party websites or services.

Disclaimer

We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate product descriptions, images, pricing, and website information. However, we do not guarantee that all website content will always be complete, current, or error-free. To the extent permitted by applicable law, our websites, products, and services are provided without warranties beyond those expressly stated or required by law.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Laconica LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our websites, products, or services. Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
